Evacuation Vacation - Part 2

 One highlight of our evacuation vacation to Arkansas was a visit with our old church family.  We have not seen any of our close friends from there in over two years.  While we were there, we were able to attend  our old church's AWANA kick off beach party.  Samuel and Christen had a great time and this church wrapped their arms around us during this difficult time.  I can't say enough how much these people prayed for everyone here in LaPlace during that time.  We appreciate them so much.  Here are just a few photos from that evening.

 Samuel loved seeing his old friend Grant and they had a good time.

  And Christen enjoyed seeing Leah and Jocelyn once again.
