We had a very busy, fun-filled weekend at a wedding of some good friends of ours. The groom, Daniel, has been the music leader at our church for a while and is folowing the Lord's leading in his life by getting married to Rebecca. They will then move soon to Maryland as they continue to serve the Lord. Here is a picture of the flower girls and junior groomsman. I think he enjoyed escorting these two beautiful young ladies.
Christen and Sarah (cousin of the bride) really hit it off and became great friends instantly.
Samuel was also asked to read the scriptures as music was played. Both Samuel and Christen did a wonderful job.
The boy playing the piano Jason, (brother of Sarah, and also cousin of the bride) was 13 and He and Samuel also became good friends too.
Here is the new lovely couple! Paul also officiated at the wedding.
Congratulations Daniel and Rebecca! We pray God will continue to guide you in your lives as you serve Him. Weddings are also a great reminder to those of us already married what a blessing it is. After Jesus Christ, we are to love, honor, and cherish one another above all else. Thank you God for the institution of marriage and for my spouse.
