That's right!!!! The telephone book!!!Yes, really! We got our new phone book at the door last week and Samuel and Christen asked to see it. They were amazed for a long time, enjoying looking up our friends and church members. After I thought they had enough, I suggested playing outside. The first thing they asked for when we came inside was "Where's the phone book?". Several days later they were still asking to "play" with the phone book. I guess this is one way we homeschoolers teach our students how to alphabetize. When you homeschool, the world is your classroom.
You know...when we got our phone book I thought "who in the world uses phone books anymore?" and then proceeded to toss it in the trash. Now I know...next time I will hold on to it so maybe Cohen can play with it.
